Frequently asked questions

Will I get full 100 searches if I start midway through a month?

Yes, the contract is a rolling 30 day, not a calendar month. From the date payment is due to the next billing date you’ll have 100 searches available.

What happens if I don’t use 100 searches a month?

Searches are re-set in the billing period so any unused searches won’t carry over.

Can we monitor customers under the Instant plan?

Yes, ongoing monitoring is included under both plans for the customers you screen.

Can I get API-based searches?

Yes, API access is included in both plans.

What if I need more than 100 searches?

Please get in touch with our sales team who will be able to put together a tailored package for you. You can contact us here and a member of our team will be in touch.

How long will it take to go live after payment?

Our team will get you set-up and grant access within 24hrs (Mon-Fri). You’ll receive an email from them along with an email to activate your account.

Will I get a test environment?

Anyone who is integrating the API will get access to a test environment.

Will I get a monthly invoice?

Yes, you will receive confirmation each month as the contract renews.

Can we set-up an annual payment?

Yes you can set-up an annual subscription, please contact our team at orders@complyadvantage.com who will be able to get this set-up for you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel your subscription at any-time by emailing us at orders@complyadvantage.com with your details and we will process the cancellation. There is a 30 day notice period so cancellation will take place 30 days from notice.

Can I trial the product before subscribing?

We don’t offer free trial access. You can however start your subscription, test the product for 1 month or as long as you like, and cancel at any time if the solution isn’t what you expected.
